2015 Bammy Award Nominations Are Open

2015 Bammy Award Nominations Are Open

Principals work every day with great teachers, superintendents, school nurses, and other caring school staff and community stakeholders. That’s why NAESP is delighted to partner with the Academy of Education Arts and Sciences to celebrate the 2015 Bammy Awards.

The Bammy Awards seek to recognize the outstanding contributions made by those working in and around education. Too often, the discussion of crisis and dysfunction in our schools overshadows the great work educators are doing on a daily basis. You can help "break the silence" about the positive impact school success by nominating a teacher, staff member, community partner, or even a fellow principal who you think is making a significant impact in education.

Although Bammys are awarded to individuals, nominating a single educator can validate the entire education community, and creates enormous good will by sharing stories of the great things happening in our schools. Celebrate all that is right in American education by nominating one of your peers.

Visit www.bammyawards.org for more info on how to nominate and vote for this year’s most inspiring educators. The nomination and voting period ends May 15.
