This Just In: NAESP Publications Are Tops

Two of NAESP's publications have earned major recognition.

Principal magazine has been awarded a 2013 EXCEL Award (Gold) in the category of Magazines: Feature Article. The winning piece is, "What Parents Need to Know About Autism," by Melanie Bloom, an article in NAESP's five-part "Unlocking Autism" series. EXCEL Awards from Association Media and Publishing recognize the finest media products in the association industry.

The newly redesigned Report to Parents also garnered recent attention. ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership named the publication a "Best Benefit Ever" in June.

NAESP's publications have a long history of recognition. Most recently, in 2012, Principal won an EXCEL Award (Gold) in the Magazine Column category for NAESP Executive Director Gail Connelly's Postscript column on bullying, "Sticks and Stones; Words and Wounds."
