I joined NAESP to grow professioally and to netwok with other principals outside of my state.  I have enjoyed participating in the mentoring program, the National Conference and the National Distinguished Principals program. NAESP offers relevant and timely resources to its members and provide some of the best resources and support for new and veteran administrators.
