As a new principal, my membership in NAESP has allowed me to cultivate my skills through professional learning opportunities, networking with other new principals, and becoming an advocate for a diverse group of learners. Specifically, my affiliation with NAESP has helped me to clarify my personal mission as a principal and shape a vision for our school through which all students can succeed. The comprehensive input I receive allows me to view, read, engage, and practice my skills as I develop.
