I have only been an NAESP member for a few years and I love it!  I get to collaborate with my peers, as well as other professionals. I am a principal in a small, rural school district and NAESP provides the resources I need to do my job better than I could ever imagine.  I have taken advantage of many membership opportunities, and even joined the National Panel of New Principals. This has allowed me to share the good, the bad, and the “I got this” kind of things with other new principals. I attended the NAESP Conference in Long Beach, and was overwhelmed at the support, leadership, and valuable ideas that I came home with.  I look forward to others joining NAESP and becoming a part of such a prestigious and supportive group.
