As a new(er) principal entering her 3rd year as a school principal, I was looking for an organization that would not only work to advocate for school administrators, but would also be a source of professional development. This year, I decided to attend the NAESP conference to strengthen my practice and performance. I knew that by improving my practice, I would improve outcomes for my students. By the end of the first day, I knew that NAESP was the right organization for me and plan to join as soon as I return to my building. Thank you for a wonderful conference!
