I have found NAESP to be very helpful as I continue to grow as an administrator. While attending the last two National Leadership Conferences, I gained knowledge about federal laws and saw the effort that NAESP puts into advocating for principals at the federal level. Participating in the last two NAESP Conferences helped me to understand how things are not that different in other states as it pertains to the everyday ins and outs of being an elementary principal. NAESP has given me a real sense of the things that go into doing this job the best that I can.
