I joined NAESP because of their reputation for being a kids/teacher-first organization!  The opportunity to collaborate through email and at conferences expands my own learning and provides me with the encouragement necessary to stay focused on our students and staff rather than distracted by the many other parts of the administrative job.  I highly encourage both new and veteran educators to make NAESP membership a must.
