As a member of NAESP I have been fortunate to be connected with leading educators and ideas nationwide. Being a principal in a rural area makes professional development opportunities a bit limited, but through my membership with NAESP I have been exposed to lead learners and innovative practices without having to travel long distances. I know that through my growth I am providing the staff and students around me with continued opportunities and development.
