My NAESP member experience can be compared to having an expert guide lead you on a new adventure. I became a member because an excellent principal in Nashville, who is also a member, asked me to join. Knowing that such a highly respected principal was part of this professional organization inspired me to be a part of it, as well. I know that I can lean on her, as well as other NAESP members, to help me navigate my first couple of years in my principalship, and that means a lot to me!
