In my experience, NAESP has provided me opportunities to network with other principals across the nation that would not have been available otherwise. Building positive relationships with others that can help me expand my knowledge in my field is priceless. NAESP is a voice for all of us at the national level. Being involved with NAESP lets me know I can be connected and continue to develop and thrive in the field of education.
